Tiles are heavy and fragile, so we ship them with care and a little planning. Here is how delivery works, what to expect on the day, and what to check when your order arrives.
Order Processing and Cut-Off
Orders placed after 12pm on a working day may not be processed that day and are usually allocated to the next day's schedule. Orders placed on a Saturday are processed on the next working day. We confirm your dispatch details by email once your order is on its way.
Standard Delivery
Our standard service typically reaches you within 3–5 working days. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm. We cannot give an exact hour in advance, but the carrier normally calls on the day to arrange delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is included in the price you see at checkout. Nothing is added afterwards.
Full pallet deals: free standard delivery to mainland GB, whatever the order value.
All other orders: free standard delivery on product totals of £749 or more. Below £749, delivery is £89.95.
All consignments ship on pallets by tail-lift vehicle.
Areas We Cover
We deliver across mainland UK. Our system holds all the postcodes we cover, and a handful of remote locations fall outside it. If yours is one of them, we will call to discuss the options and any additional cost before we process your order.
On the Day
You or a nominated representative must be present at the delivery address on the agreed date. If no one is there, the goods are retained by the haulage contractor and returned to the nearest depot until we receive further instruction. A redelivery charge is added to cover the additional haulage, so it is worth confirming the date in advance.
All deliveries are made using a tail-lift vehicle and are generally kerbside, depending on the vehicle and site access. Where there are access problems, such as uneven ground, a narrow lane or driveway, or overhanging trees, the goods are left at the nearest safe and accessible point for the address given. The driver cannot help move the goods from the point of delivery to any other part of your property.
Estimated Dates
Delivery dates are estimates. We use all reasonable efforts to deliver at the time specified, but a missed date does not constitute a breach of our terms, and we cannot accept liability for costs arising from late delivery. If something is running behind, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Checking Your Order on Arrival
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the carrier's delivery note before the driver leaves. This helps us settle the claim with the haulier quickly.
Photograph the damage or shortage and email contact@marvra.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace the affected tiles from the same batch while stock lasts, or refund them.
Please keep the packaging, and don't cut or install any tile you think is damaged, as we may need to see it.
None of this affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and as described, and they remain our responsibility until they reach you.
