Terms of Service
These terms govern every sale between Marvra and you. Placing an order means you accept them. We can only vary them if we agree the change with you in writing before you buy. Please read them alongside our Delivery, Returns & Refund, and Privacy policies.

Definitions
In these terms, "we", "us", "the Seller" and "Marvra" mean Marvra Limited, whose registered office is Unit A4, F1, Section B, 283 Water Road, Wembley, England, HA0 1HX. "You" and "the Buyer" mean the person or business placing the order. "Goods" means the tiles and products we supply. "Premises" means Unit A4, F1, Section B, 283 Water Road, Wembley, England, HA0 1HX.
Placing an Order
We sell, and you buy, the goods at the price quoted or published when you order. Any advice we give about applying, storing, cutting or installing tiles is offered in good faith and followed at your own risk. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation. We may correct any clerical, typographic or pricing error in our listings, quotes or invoices without liability.
Natural Variation
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone vary in shade, colour, veining and texture from tile to tile and from batch to batch. Samples and product photographs show the general character of a design, not an exact match. This variation is part of the material and is not a fault. We recommend ordering everything you need for a project at once, from the same batch, and allowing extra for cuts and wastage.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown per square metre unless stated otherwise, and are those published or quoted when you order. A written quote is valid for a maximum of 30 days. Prices include VAT at the current rate. Standard mainland GB delivery is £89.95 for product orders below £749. FREE GB delivery included when the product total after discounts is £749 or more. Remote, island and offshore postcodes may require a separate quotation.
Orders are sold on a proforma basis and paid in full before dispatch. No account facilities are available unless extenuating circumstances warrant them. We reserve the right to adjust a price before full payment where our own costs change for reasons outside our control, such as currency movements, duty changes, material cost increases or labour increases.
Ownership
The goods remain our property until you have paid for them in full, even after they have been delivered.
Delivery
Full delivery terms, including timescales, charges, coverage and what to check on arrival, are set out in our Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Checking and Installing Tiles
Please check every tile before it is fixed. Shade and finish vary between batches, so lay them out and inspect them first. Once tiles have been cut, fixed or installed, they are treated as accepted, and we cannot offer a refund, replacement or any other remedy for issues that would have been visible beforehand.
Damage and shortages in transit
Please check your delivery on arrival. Where anything is damaged or missing, we ask that you note it on the carrier's delivery note and report it to contact@marvra.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs. We will replace affected tiles from the same batch where stock allows, or refund them.
Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the requirement that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Risk in the goods passes to a consumer on delivery.
Trade and business orders
Where goods are supplied to a business, damage or shortage must be noted on the carrier's delivery note at the point of delivery and reported with photographs within 24 hours. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.
Returns
Our full returns terms, including timescales and the restocking charge, are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Custom and special-order products cannot be returned.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for most online orders, a cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how these apply.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
